About The Role At OneLaw, we're looking for a Content Specialist to create the knowledge, training and learning resources that help our customers and teams get the most from our legal practice management software. You'll write, build and maintain content across our Help Centre, LMS, in-product guidance and video learning library. What You'll Do Create clear, engaging Help Centre articles, release notes, user guides and in-product content Produce video tutorials from scripting through to editing and publishing Develop structured learning content, assessments and learning pathways within our LMS Keep knowledge-base content accurate, up-to-date and easy to navigate Partner with Product, Support, Training and Implementation teams to support new features and product releases Incorporate feedback and insights to help improve content quality and customer learning Maintain consistent content standards, tone and accessibility across all learning channels About You You’ll thrive in this role if you can take complex software concepts and explain them in a way that's simple, practical and easy to follow. You’ll also bring: Experience creating technical, educational or knowledge-based content Outstanding writing and editing skills Strong attention to detail and organisation Experience working with knowledge-based platforms such as Zendesk or similar Basic HTML/Markdown for formatting and in-product help Experience creating video-based learning content using tools like Camtasia or equivalent A collaborative approach and genuine curiosity for learning new technologies A team-first attitude and good sense of humour Nice To Have Learning Management System (LMS) experience Knowledge of instructional design or adult learning principles Experience using analytics to measure content effectiveness Exposure to software, SaaS, legal tech, accounting or practice management systems Experience with advanced video editing, motion graphics, animation and visual design Experience incorporating AI tools into content workflows Why Join Us?
