Senior Support Worker – Full Time (Wigram) Hawksbury Community Living Trust – Wigram, South Island Consistent hours and regular Friday & Sat off Opportunity for growth and development About the Role We're looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Senior Support Worker to join our residential team in Wigram, supportingpeople with learning disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in asafe, warm, and home-like environment. This is a relationship-based role where you'll havethe time to truly get to know the people you support. Your day willinclude a mix of practical assistance and meaningful connection, such as: Supporting daily routines (shopping, mealpreparation, household tasks) Providing personal care respectfully and safely Supporting community activities and outings Encouraging independence, choice, and wellbeing Provide support, encouragement and guidance toother support staff If you're experienced in disability support and building a long-term career in the sector, we'd love to hear from you. About You Ideally, you'll have a NZ Certificate in Health &Wellbeing (Level 3 or above) or equivalent.
