Digital Marketing Coordinator / Specialist

We're looking for a switched-on, inquisitive Digital Marketing Coordinator / Specialist to join Calibrate - a innovative and dynamic Auckland marketing agency. This is a junior-intermediate level role, so you don't need years of agency experience. What you do need is sharp problem-solving instincts, a head for data and numbers, an eye for detail, and a natural ability to pick up skills fast. Whether you're a standout grad, someone with some hands-on campaign experience or you've got a year or two at an agency under your belt, this could be your perfect launchpad. What you'll be doing: You’ll work within our media team, working directly with experienced strategists and helping to deliver results for a broad range of clients - from iconic global brands to innovative local businesses. Your day-to-day will include: Helping plan, implement and optimise performance campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Bing, Reddit, programmatic (e.g. StackAdapt) and direct publisher buys (e.g. Trade Me, TVNZ, Stuff) Digging into campaign data, spotting what's working (and what isn’t), and working with our strategists to turn that into clear insights and recommendations Supporting audits across advertising strategy, e-commerce & feed optimisation, SEO and conversion optimisation Joining client meetings and building your confidence in client communication Assisting with campaign planning, keyword research, account structuring, and reporting via Google Analytics & Tag Manager Who we're looking for: You're a natural problem solver who loves figuring out why things are the way they are. You're organised, proactive and not afraid to ask questions. Some hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta or Google Analytics is a big plus - but attitude and aptitude matter more than your experience. Training, mentorship and support is provided.
