Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee audit engagements ensuring compliance with professional standards. Apply audit methodology to deliver quality and risk-conscious services. Mentor and organise audit teams to optimise workflows and staff development. Provide technically accurate audit opinions and clear communication to boards and clients. Contribute to business development through commercial insights and quality tendering. So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile? CA qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years' external audit experience in a supervisory capacity. Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards (IFRS, ISA, etc.). Confident communicator with ability to explain complex audit issues clearly. Proven leadership skills in managing teams and audit workflows.Solid understanding of audit methodology, risk management, and ethics. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Ability to challenge, probe and make sound decisions under pressure.
