With a strong pipeline of work ahead, the business is continuing to grow and is looking for talented Site Engineers and Project Engineers to join the team. The opportunity This is an opportunity to join high-performing project teams delivering some of Auckland’s key growth areas. Current projects are located across Auckland from Pukekohe to Albany, with further projects planned throughout Auckland. They are long term projects with many extending into multi-year developments. You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Surveyors, subcontractors and site teams to deliver complex subdivision and civil construction projects. This role will suit someone who enjoys being close to the work, solving problems, and having a genuine influence on how projects are delivered. About you You may be an emerging Site Engineer looking for your next challenge or a Project Engineer ready to take on greater responsibility. You’ll bring: Experience working on civil construction projects, ideally within land development or subdivisions. Knowledge of bulk earthworks, drainage, utilities, roading or related civil works. The ability to interpret drawings, solve practical problems and coordinate site activities. Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with site teams, subcontractors and consultants. A proactive approach and pride in delivering quality outcomes. Why make the move?
