You’ll play a key role in maintaining a calm, welcoming environment while supporting the day-to-day efficiency of the practice. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assisting dentists during a range of procedures, ensuring patient comfort and efficient workflow Preparing and sterilising instruments in line with infection control protocols Setting up and maintaining treatment rooms Greeting and supporting patients throughout their visit Working closely with the wider team to ensure high-quality patient care Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe clinical environment Hours for this role: Monday : 7:30am - 5:30pm Tuesday : 7:30am - 6:30pm Thursday : 7:45am - 6:30pm Your experience and approach Your greatest asset will be your positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work as part of a team. While previous dental experience is preferred, it is not essential, we’re happy to train the right person. You’ll bring: Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Good organisational skills and attention to detail A friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team culture This is a fixed-term parental leave cover position commencing on 31 August 2026 and ending on 13 September 2027.
