Job Description

The Instillery Group – Parnell, North Island At The Instillery, we are a fast moving, growing company with huge ambitions, and we, in People & Capability, are looking for our next addition to the team. Group wide, across VITG we are a 400 strong team, with 130 based here in Aotearoa, for the P&C Coordinator to support, keeping people functions humming. Because we are agile by design, flexibility and a "chip-in" mindset are part of our DNA. Working closely with our P&C Business Partner & Chief People Officer you are the operational engine room of the P&C team. You will ensure documentation, data, systems, and processes run flawlessly behind the scenes so the wider team can focus on strategic advisory work. Specifically, you will: Generate employment agreements, variation letters, etc and offboarding details with high accuracy across NZ legislation. Act as our internal Employment Hero champion, owning onboarding workflows, user support, and maintaining absolute data integrity. Manage applicant tracking, records, coordinate interviews, run background checks, and deliver premium candidate care. Coordinate training bookings, track compliance certifications, and administer employee milestone and recognition programs. Triage the P&C inbox daily ensuring queries are addressed smartly Work with data, extracting weekly and monthly workforce metrics (headcount, leave liability, turnover) from Employment Hero Keep the local office running smoothly (supplies, logistics) and provide proactive administrative and travel support to executives. And then you, you are a meticulous coordinator, organisation is your thing, you love to get stuck in, help, learn and do a quality job, where no job is too small - and always with a warm, approachable style. What you’ll bring: 2+ years in a dedicated P&C Admin, People Operations role Tech Skills and ability to use a modern HRIS, with good reporting & admin skills A foundational understanding of the NZ Employment Relations Act. Your natural desire to always look to continuously improve how things are done. A tertiary qualification in HR or Business is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
