We're on the lookout for a motivated Shelter Builder to join a close-knit team constructing large-scale orchard shelter systems across Tauranga and surrounding regions . Location: Tauranga and surrounding regions Start date: Immediate start Pay rate: $28–$32 per hour – weekly pay About the RoleAs a Shelter Builder, you'll be involved in constructing large-scale shelter structures for orchards across the Bay of Plenty and surrounding areas. This role offers plenty of variety, travel to different sites, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced and supportive team. Some stay-away work may be required depending on project locations. Key Responsibilities Assist with the construction of large-scale orchard shelter structures Work safely and confidently at heights Travel to project sites throughout Tauranga and surrounding regions Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team Complete construction tasks to a high standard while maintaining a strong focus on health and safety What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you'll have: Previous construction or building experience Confidence working at heights MEWP licence Full Class 1 driver's licence Own reliable transport Site Safe passport Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test Good level of physical fitness Strong work ethic and a reliable attitude What's in It for You?
