Our Dunedin Distribution Centre is the heart of our operations, dispatching products nationwide to support our retail and contract clients. About the role As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a capable and dependable Warehouse Coordinator to join our Dunedin team. This is a full-time, hands-on role responsible for helping stock move accurately and efficiently through the warehouse. You will work across receiving, inventory, order fulfilment and dispatch, while supporting the wider team to resolve stock or order issues. Your responsibilities will include: Receiving and checking incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery information. Allocating stock to the correct warehouse locations. Processing customer and supplier returns. Completing inventory checks and maintaining accurate stock records. Working with the warehouse and customer service teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Maintaining high standards of warehouse safety and quality. Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders accurately. Once trained, you will have the autonomy to organise your workload, manage priorities and take ownership of issues through to resolution. What we’re looking for Previous experience in warehousing, stores, dispatch, inventory or a similar hands-on role is preferred, however we also encourage applications from people with relevant transferable experience and the right approach to the work. To be successful, you will bring: Reliability, attention to detail and a responsible approach. The ability to self-manage, stay on task and contribute positively within a small team. Clear, open and direct communication. Initiative, practical problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership. Confidence using computers and learning new systems. The physical capability to undertake regular lifting and stock movement. Experience using warehouse management, inventory or dispatch software, particularly Netsuite or Starshipit, would be an advantage. What can we offer you?
