What You'll Gain Our paid Summer Internship Programme runs from 20 November 2026 to 19 February 2027. Your internship will begin with a welcome event in Auckland, where you'll connect with fellow interns, leaders and industry professionals before heading to your placement location. Throughout the programme, you'll: Gain hands‑on experience on real projects Learn from experienced industry professionals Build your commercial and technical knowledge Develop your professional and leadership capability Grow your network across Fletcher Construction Explore future graduate and career opportunities This isn't a programme where you'll be watching from the sidelines. You'll be part of the team, contributing to meaningful work while gaining practical experience that complements your studies. Who We're Looking For We're keen to hear from students studying: Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying Quality Engineering/ Surveying Whether you're early in your studies or nearing graduation, we're looking for people who are curious, motivated and excited about building a career in the construction and infrastructure industry.
