Civil Engineer - Land Development Projects This growing civil engineering consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Land Development Engineer to join their Christchurch team. This role offers the chance to work on larger subdivision and land development projects, contributing to the design and delivery of residential developments across Canterbury. You'll be involved in projects from concept through to detailed design, working alongside experienced engineers, planners and surveyors in a collaborative consultancy environment. Key Responsibilities Civil design for residential subdivisions and land development projects Preparing earthworks models, roading layouts and infrastructure design Stormwater, wastewater and servicing design Using 12d (preferred) or Civil 3D Supporting projects through consenting and council approvals Coordinating with surveyors, planners and project managers What We're Looking For 3-6+ years civil engineering consulting experience in New Zealand Strong experience in subdivision / land development design Experience with 12d or Civil 3D Good understanding of NZ council standards and consenting processes An engineer who enjoys owning projects and delivering practical designs Why This Role Strong technical environment with experienced engineers Opportunity to take ownership of projects Solid pipeline of land development work #J-18808-Ljbffr
