Branch Manager

My client is looking for a capable and driven Branch Manager to lead a team of 19 at a building products branch and manufacturing site. You’ll have full ownership of daily operations, team culture, safety, production, and commercial outcomes – with real autonomy and the backing of an established, values-driven national business. About the Role: This is a leadership role spanning production, sales, customer relationships, and business performance. You’ll lead a skilled team across manufacturing and support functions, while driving operational improvements, championing health & safety, and maintaining quality outputs. You’ll also be responsible for building relationships with key clients, ensuring strong service delivery and growing the branch's footprint in the local market. What’s in it for you?
