Assistant Restaurant Manager – Floor & Bar Service We’re looking for a strong, confident, and hands-on Team Leader to lead our floor operations and service team in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead floor service during busy shifts and ensure smooth table flow Manage and support wait & bar staff on the floor Deliver a high standard of table service from greeting to closing Handle guest requests, complaints, and service issues professionally Work closely with the kitchen and bar team for seamless communication Lead by example and stay hands-on throughout service What We’re Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality / food & beverage service Positive, professional attitude with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction Strong leadership and floor management experience Confident working under pressure in a busy service environment Hands-on leadership style with an active presence on the floor ***LCQ (Licence Controller Qualification) is mandatory What We Offer Best staff meals in Auckland!
