Industrial Electrician

SRS New Zealand Ltd – Christchurch, South Island Industrial Electrician required to join the SRS engineering team based in Rolleston at our modern sawmill and timber processing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic industrial electrician to be part of our continuous improvement process and engineering team. A suitable applicant must have a proven history as an industrial electrician with a strong background in industrial controls and automation, must be registered with a current practicing license. Industrial Electrician with a strong background in industrial controls & automation required for manufacturing environment. Excellent opportunity to join a great team and be part of our site & plant continuous improvements. The successful applicant will also have; A strong background in industrial controls and automation. Have exceptional fault-finding skills. Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. The successful applicant will join the engineering team responsible for new projects and maintenance of modern processing equipment across the whole site. Remuneration reflecting the important nature of this position will be offered to the successful applicant. This is a full-time permanent dayshift position working Monday to Friday.
