Rural Delivery Driver - Part Time

Our client needs an awesome driver to join their team:

• This role is part-time
\n
• 25 - 35 hours per week.
\n
• Start time 6am
\n
• Monday to Friday
\n
• Rostered Saturday mornings (around 3.5 hours every 4th week)
\n

What you will be doing:

\n
• Collecting a vehicle each morning and loading mail/parcels/newspapers
\n
• Delivering mail/parcels/newspapers on a set run
\n
• Interacting with customers as needed throughout the run
\n
• Enjoying the South Canterbury scenery!
\n

What we are looking for:

• Honest, reliable, and mature candidates who genuinely want part-time work
\n
• Great communication and customer service skills - you will interact with your customers from time to time
\n
• Good time management - no alarm clock fails here!
\n
• Confident driving on the open road with a solid and safe driving history
\n
• Physically fit and able to get in and out of your vehicle as needed during your shift
\n
• Proactive approach to health and safety
\n
• Able to provide work references that are contactable by phone
\n
• Able to pass drug screening
\n
