Golden Tree Construction Limited is seeking 3 Carpenters to join our dynamic team.

Position: Junior Carpenter
\n Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour (depending on work experience)

Number of Positions: 3 positions available
\n Job Location: Auckland
\n Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time Position

Job Description

As a Carpenter with Golden Tree Construction Limited, you will be expected to work at various sites throughout the Auckland region for a minimum of 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of weekend work as well.

• Study the specifications in blueprints, sketches or building plans to prepare the project layout and determine the dimensions and the materials required
\n
• Shape or cut the materials to the specified measurements using hand tools,
  \n machines, power saws, or any other equipment needed
\n
• Construct building frameworks, including wall studs, floor joists, and doorframes
\n
• Make doors, window frames, staircases, and fitted furniture as required
\n
• Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment
\n

Key Requirements

\n
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required or a Level 4 qualification above.
\n
• Punctual and reliable with a positive can-do attitude will be key in this role.
\n
• Be physically fit, as the job involves heavy lifting.
\n
• A positive and willing attitude to learn and progress.
\n
• No drug use history
