Health Care Assistants for Award Winning Home and Hospital in Parakai Henrikwest Management – North Shore, North Island Join us at Craigweil House, our private hospital facility located in Parakai, Auckland. Rewarding and valued roles have become available in our close-knit team. We are seeking several suitably capable and outgoing Health Care Assistants to join our enthusiastic team. Applications will only be considered from within New Zealand at the time of application and must have current eligibility to work. Full-time caregivers are wanted to join our busy home and hospital team. The ideal team member must have a can-do attitude, be reliable, be able to work to cleaning guidelines/infection control, and have good time management. Our role provides an excellent mix ofcaregiving, and other service duties within our awesome team to ensure our nursing and caring roles are fulfilled to our utmost. We provide full orientation and support our team members to grow and develop. Advantageous for applicants toknow about chemical usage, storage, Infection Control, and commercial cleaning procedures. However, full orientation for all duties and guidelines will be provided with supporting buddy and competency training. Ideal applicants should be fluent in English both written and spoken, have a high hygiene standard, be fit and have a strong back, be able to work under time constraints, available for weekends and rotating rosters, and be proactive in their duties. Kitchen duties include assisting our cooks and providing valuable support duties. Cleaning duties include the use of cleaning materials, equipment, cleaning, laundry, and machine. Qualifications with Health and Wellbeing Certificate levels 1-4 or experience in the aged care sector are highly sought. Knowledge with VCare will be advantageous. Hours: 30 hours+ available for full-time Must be able to work weekends and nights, be a team playerand have astrong back.
