With continued growth across the region, they are looking to bring on an experienced Civil Engineer with solid 12d expertise to strengthen their technical capability. The Role You will be involved in the design and delivery of a range of civil projects, primarily across land development and infrastructure. You will take ownership of projects from concept through to construction, working closely with clients, councils, surveyors, and contractors. Key responsibilities include: Civil design for land development projects Stormwater, wastewater and roading design 3D modelling and design using 12d software Preparation of design documentation and reports Liaising with clients and local authorities Supporting junior engineers where appropriate What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in civil engineering within New Zealand 12d Experience or Strong working knowledge of Civil3D Land development experience is highly desirable Geotechnical experience is a bonus Good understanding of NZ standards and council requirements Strong communication skills and the ability to manage client relationships What you get Work in a role with a secure pipeline of work Great advancement and support A path to director for those interested in it Great company bonuses Flexible working hours (within reason) 9 day fortnight Work trips and excursions Why Napier?
