Business Support Coordinator | Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland | 12-month parental leave cover 12-month parental leave cover in Auckland Full-time, with flexibility for 32+ hours per week Varied role supporting people, projects and office operations The opportunity We’re looking for a proactive Business Support Coordinator to join our Auckland team on a 12-month parental leave cover. You’ll support our people, projects and office operations, helping things run smoothly while building trusted relationships across the business. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. Coordinate workplace, travel, fleet, finance, engagement and project support activities. Keep information, processes and tasks moving effectively. Support a positive experience for employees, clients and visitors. About You Strong administration, coordination or business support experience. Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail. A helpful, people-focused and solutions-driven approach. Confidence managing competing priorities and learning new systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint and Teams. A current, clean New Zealand Driver Licence.
