About the Role We're looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed term basis and play a key role in supporting a significant programme of change across MAS. This role can be based in our Auckland or Wellington Offices. This is a hands-on, people-focused change role where you'll help shape, plan and deliver change across complex initiatives, including technology, process, operating model, capability and ways of working changes. Responsibilities Developing practical change plans and support strategies Leading stakeholder impact and readiness activity Supporting leaders and teams to adopt new processes and ways of working Creating clear and engaging change communications Supporting training, capability uplift and adoption activity Coaching leaders and change champions to support successful change Tracking readiness, adoption, risks and transition activities Qualifications You’ll be an experienced change practitioner who brings structure, calm and practical judgement to complex environments. You’ll be confident working across multiple stakeholder groups and comfortable translating complexity into clear, simple messages that help people understand and engage with change. Required Skills Significant experience in change management or a related role Experience supporting complex organisational change, ideally including major system or technology implementations Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills Experience developing communications, training and adoption supportConfidence working with project teams, business leaders and external partners or vendors A practical, delivery-focused approach with the ability to adapt as priorities shift A collaborative style and a genuine interest in helping people through change Preferred Skills Experience in financial services, insurance or SaaS-based system environments would be helpful, but is not essential.
