Loss Prevention (Security) Officer - The Warehouse, Whangarei

Hours Of Work Are Sunday and Monday - 8:00am - 4:30pm Thursday - 3:45pm - 10:15pm Friday - 3:45pm - 10:15pm Saturday - 3:45pm - 10:15pm We're seeking a vigilant and proactive Loss Prevention Officer to join our team. Your main focus will be preventing theft and ensuring the safety of our staff and customers. Key Responsibilities Monitor security cameras Maintain a visible presence on the shop-floor Interact with customers and address their concerns Upload events onto our crime reporting platform. He kōrero mōu ake - About you Experience in a customer-facing role, such as retail or hospitality, would be beneficial but is not required. Ideally, you will have good communication skills and a positive attitude, along with a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable standing for extended periods. Additionally, experience in conflict resolution and de-escalation, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure, would be beneficial.
