ABOUT THE ROLE The Innovation Project Lead is responsible for delivering innovation projects and supporting execution of the New Product Solutions portfolio. Working across product, science, sustainability, digital and commercial teams, you'll lead projects from concept through to implementation and commercial deployment. You'll coordinate people, resources, budgets and governance to ensure projects deliver value for Ballance, our customers and our shareholders. You'll also support portfolio planning and governance across Ballance's wider innovation, R&D and Sustainable Food & Fibre Future (SFFF) programmes, helping maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities aligned to Ballance's strategy. ABOUT YOU To be successful in this role, you'll bring: Experience leading complex projects from concept through to implementation. Strong project management, planning and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing budgets, forecasts and reporting. Commercial acumen and the ability to assess value, risk and investment opportunities. The ability to work across multiple teams and influence outcomes without direct authority. Strong communication and governance reporting skills. An interest in innovation, science, agriculture, sustainability or technology. Ideally, you'll have: A qualification in science, agriculture, engineering, technology, business or a related discipline, or equivalent project delivery experience.
