The Role As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will operate at the heart of our client’s most critical projects on a 12-month contract, bringing high-quality coordination, logistics, and governance expertise. Operating within the Strategic Execution team, you will act as the essential bridge connecting project leads, teams, and stakeholders, ensuring project success through best practices, continuous improvement, and effective delivery frameworks. This includes: Developing and leading project coordination activities across complex, multi-team environments. Implementing standard project management processes, methodologies, and governance frameworks to ensure quality and adherence. Facilitating project schedules and maintaining strong financial and analytical oversight. Coordinating and facilitating key project governance forums across a range of stakeholders. Proactively supporting project delivery using core tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Copilot, and PPM. Driving operational delivery activities, including risk & issue management, program reporting, change control, and quality assurance. Key Requirements Project Coordination Experience: 5+ years of dedicated project coordination experience across multiple projects and teams. Governance & Frameworks: Expert knowledge of delivery frameworks, project governance methodologies, and quality assurance standards. Financial & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience managing project schedules and financial tracking. Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience using modern project delivery tools including JIRA, Confluence, and Copilot. Stakeholder & Communication Skills: Confident communicator and collaborator with a proven ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders across all levels of seniority in a fast-paced setting. Agile Exposure: Experience working within Agile development environments and a solid understanding of Agile methodologies is highly desirable. Location & Availability: Auckland CBD based, supporting a blended working model (2–3 days in the office). Your interest will be treated in the strictest of confidence.
