The Role Working within a small, close-knit studio, you'll collaborate closely with clients and our in-house design and construction teams to deliver architecturally designed homes of the highest standard.Lead bespoke residential projects from initial client brief through to concept, develop the design, documentation, consent, and construction support. Key Responsibilities Lead residential projects from concept to consent Manage client relationships throughout the design process Coordinate consultants, contractors, and local authorities Produce high-quality ArchiCAD documentation Help refine internal CAD standards and workflows Work closely with the build team to ensure designs are practical, buildable, and cost-effective About You You're an experienced residential designer who takes ownership, enjoys working in a collaborative team, and has a genuine passion for exceptional architecture and construction. You'll have: A recognised architectural qualification 5+ years' New Zealand residential design experience Proven experience designing high-end bespoke homes on hill sites, supported by a strong portfolio Excellent knowledge of the NZ Building Code, Building Standards, and consent processes Advanced ArchiCAD skills Strong communication skills and confidence leading client meetings A practical understanding of hill construction methods, materials, and detailing What We Offer End-to-end involvement across the full design-and-build process The opportunity to see your designs become reality Bespoke residential projects—not volume housing Professional development and career progression A supportive, collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
