An opportunity is available for an experienced Forklift Technician to join a well-established and growing organisation within the materials handling sector. Based in Napier, you'll enjoy Hawke's Bay's renowned lifestyle, with sunny weather, world-class wineries, stunning beaches, and easy commuting. Duties include but are not limited to: Scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance Diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults Repairs and component replacements Attending breakdowns and field service work Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety Skills sought Relevant automotive trade qualification, preferably as a diesel technician Proven experience servicing and repairing forklifts or similar mobile equipment Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills Light Automotive Technicians with strong diagnostic and mechanical capabilities will be considered Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively Strong customer service and communication skills Clean, current driver's licence Additional information Leading materials handling organisation representing world class brands Competitive hourly rates and overtime available Ongoing training and career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
