In this role, you will enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy within your scope of practice, supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team, you will have a valued inout in to the model of care creation in General Practice at the medical centre. The clinic operates five days a week from 8:30am to 5:00pm, with flexible rostering to support work-life balance. As a foundation-accredited practice, the clinic is committed to excellence, offering outstanding training, mentorship, and a supportive environment for those looking to progress further, including pursuing fellowship. Clinical Environment & Workload Average of 3-4 patients per hour, enabling quality, patient-centred consultations Dedicated, paid administrative time built into your schedule Further support to complete your Fellowship if desired. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive, culturally responsive primary care Assess, diagnose, and manage acute presentations Prescribe medications, order and interpret investigations, and coordinate referrals Provide patient education to support improved health literacy and self-management Contribute to the ongoing development of an innovative, community-led model of care About You Registered Medical Practitioner with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
