Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth is seeking a Customer Service Team Member based at the service desk to create a positive customer experience. You’ll help customers with enquiries, process transactions, manage returns and refunds, support Click & Collect, and work with other teams to resolve issues. This is a permanent, full‑time role (40 hours per week) with rostered shifts Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu.
