At Love My Kitchen Benchtops, we're passionate about creating premium stone benchtops for kitchens, bathrooms and commercial projects across the Waikato, Coromandel and Bay of Plenty. We're growing and are looking for an experienced Fabricator, or someone with strong trade skills and the right attitude to join our workshop team. About the Role Working in our fabrication workshop, you'll help transform premium stone slabs into high-quality finished benchtops ready for installation. Your day will include: Measuring and cutting stone using specialised machinery Polishing and finishing benchtops to a high standard Planning and staging jobs to keep production flowing Operating machinery and power tools safely Looking after equipment and carrying out routine maintenance Maintaining a clean, organised workshop Working closely with the installation team to ensure projects are completed on time Contributing ideas that improve quality, safety and efficiency What We're Looking For Experience in stone fabrication is an advantage, but we also want to hear from people with transferable skills from industries such as: Cabinetmaking Joinery Sheet metal CNC machining Construction trades Manufacturing You’ll be someone who: Takes pride in producing quality work Has excellent attention to detail Enjoys working as part of a team Takes ownership of your work Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Can work independently when required Is physically fit and safety conscious What We Offer Modern workshop and quality equipment Supportive, experienced team Opportunity to learn specialised stone fabrication skills Ongoing training and development Stable, growing business with long-term career opportunities Competitive pay based on experience If you're someone who enjoys building quality products and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about workmanship, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
