Job Description
IDEA Services supports people with intellectual disabilities to enjoy great lives at home and in the community. As a Support Worker you will assist clients with complex needs, managing risk and ensuring safety through night shifts, with days and sleepovers. Previous experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and reliability are valued. You will work rostered shifts including alternate weekends, use computers/tablets for documentation, and have opportunities to gain Level 2–4 Health and #J-18808-Ljbffr
