Loadout Team Leader

We are looking for someone who is positive and motivated to join our Loadout Team based in Katikati! This role is responsible for leading the day-to day packhouse and loading operations, to ensure trucks are loaded in 'spec' in a timely manner whilst ensuring all work tasks are completed safely and efficiently. You will need to ensure effective rostering and people management so that your team is motivated to perform at their very best. You will also need to assist with other on-site tasks such as maintenance, housekeeping and packhouse floor operations. If you enjoy a role where no two days are the same - then we want to hear from you! You will need: Proven experience leading, managing and coaching teams. The ability to make sound decisions when working under pressure. A high level of customer service. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to work effectively within a diverse team. Proven experience in leading and supporting safe work practices. Demonstrating high awareness and action. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise. Flexibility to be able to work extended hours (including weekends) when required in order to meet the operational needs of the business. Prior experience in the kiwifruit industry and a current OSH Forklift Certificate would be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
