Key Responsibilities Update commercial forecasting models to feed into consolidated business plans Run targeted market and industry research supporting critical transaction decisions Produce comprehensive internal, investor, and corporate board reporting documentation Peer review financial models to ensure structural and analytical accuracy Engage with operational property teams to finalise alternative asset strategies. So Who Are You And What Is Your Profile? This role will suit someone who is degree-qualified, with some finance or analysis experience. You will have a passion for data and how insightful analysis can support better decision-making. 0-2 years' experience in corporate finance, banking, property or fund management Tertiary qualification in finance, property economics, or accounting is essential Proven analytical capability gained through internships or early career exposure Experience with financial modelling, ideally with foundational exposure to DCF valuation techniques Confident communicator and perceptive with strong listening skills.
