About the Role As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the primary point of contact for Delta’s customers, clients, field staff, and contractors. This is a vital coordination role that ensures metering work is planned, delivered, and completed safely, accurately, and within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). CSRs interpret technical job requirements, schedule and brief electricians and contractors effectively to maintain accurate, auditable records. Through clear communication, timely query resolution, and support for internal and external stakeholders, the CSR ensures positive customer experience while upholding Delta’s values and commitment to safety. What You Need to Succeed To be successful in this role, you will bring: Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience Experience in customer service, utilities operations, scheduling, or a technical service environment Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy The ability to manage workloads to meet deadlines, KPIs, and SLAs Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal Confidence working with multiple stakeholders, including customers, field teams, and contractors A strong commitment to health and safety and adherence to policies and procedures The ability to remain calm, professional, and resilient when handling challenging situations 29th July, 2026 Delta is your smart thinking infrastructure specialist. More About the role: This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
