Medical Receptionist

Remuera Medical Centre – Auckland, North Island Remuera Medical Centre is a prestigious independent medical practice in the heart of Remuera, with an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our team. We are a boutique family-owned GP practice, committed to providing high quality healthcare to our several thousand patients. We are seeking a talented team player to join us. You will work closely with our team of doctors, nurses and administrators to provide the highest quality care to our patients This is a part‑time role, ideally of 16 hours per week and we would like you to be available on Thursday & Friday. We only work normal business hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm (no weekends nor late nights). Your duties would include: Reception work - welcoming and checking in patients, taking payments, making bookings, taking phone calls Assisting with responding to patient queries, including taking repeat prescription requests Occaisonally (rarely) asked to act as a chaperone during a consultation Generally assisting doctors, nurses and reception as required We are happy to teach you and build your skills in healthcare work.
