Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth is seeking a Customer Service Team Member based at the service desk to create a positive shopper experience. You’ll handle enquiries, process transactions, manage returns and refunds, support Click & Collect, and collaborate with other teams to resolve issues. This permanent, full-time role is 40 hours per week, on a Tue-Sat or Sun-Thu roster.
