Education Review Office (ERO) is seeking a permanent leader for complaints, incidents and enforcement to oversee complex regulatory work across New Zealand. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Executive Regulation and Early Childhood Education, you will head a team managing complaints, monitoring incidents, and supporting enforcement actions to ensure regulatory expectations are upheld.
