We’re on the hunt for an experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team and bring creativity, precision, and excellence to our landscaping projects across Auckland 5 to 10 years of building/hard landscaping experience Depth of knowledge and skills - Carpentry, landscape & general construction knowledge Ability to read and understand architectural plans Physically fit with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team spirit Experience in landscaping/horticulture (a bonus!) Leadership skills - the ability to run a team of 2-8 guys Full Class 1 driver’s license (Class 2 and WTR endorsements are a plus) Excellent communication skills Construct timber and block retaining walls, boardwalks, bridges, decking, handrails, and fencing Paving & Concrete prep-knowledge of reading plans with heights & falls Work with main contractors and landscape architects to bring designs to life Liaise with subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed on time and to standard Perform garden enhancement, ground preparation, planting, mulching, and staking Support grounds maintenance and assist other landscaping teams as needed Why Work With Us?
