Our primary focus is supplying and constructing quality steel-framed sheds, along with house renovations and residential developments throughout Taranaki. We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in producing high-quality results, and is keen to be part of a small but supportive, hard-working team. You do not need to know everything already. If you have solid construction experience, a good attitude, and the ability to take ownership, we can teach the rest. We want someone who Takes pride in their workmanship Is reliable, motivated and has a strong work ethic Can work independently as well as part of a team Has a positive attitude and enjoys a variety of work Communicates well and works professionally with clients and team members Is committed to working safely and maintaining high standards You’ll also need to demonstrate Proven experience in a hands on role Ability to read and interpret plans Strong practical problem-solving skills Good time management and organisational skills A full New Zealand driver's licence Scissor Lift, Forklift or any machinery operating experience would be an advantage, but is not essential About the Role This is a hands-on position where you'll be involved in a wide variety of projects across Taranaki. You'll work alongside an experienced team constructing steel-framed buildings, and assisting with residential renovation and development projects. Your responsibilities will include Constructing steel-framed sheds and buildings Metal roofing & cladding installation General building and renovation work Reading plans and ensuring work is completed accurately Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety Working efficiently to meet project deadlines Looking after tools, equipment and company vehicles This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that values quality workmanship, initiative and reliability.
