Our programme is play-based, child-led, and focused on each individual tamaiti. We create calm, peaceful learning environments where children have the time and space to explore, discover, and grow. We work within a shared leadership model where everyone's strengths are valued, responsibilities are shared, and each kaiako has opportunities to contribute and lead. We prioritise regular check-ins, mentoring, and genuine support for work-life balance. We encourage everyone to bring their authentic selves to work and celebrate the individuality and strengths each person brings to our team. We are seeking a fully registered kaiako to join our team permanently. We welcome applications from fully registered kaiako, new graduates, and teachers in training for the maternity leave role.
