Office Administrator and Customer Service Representative Cobcraft Manufacturing Limited – Christchurch, South Island Providing exceptional front‑line customer service and responding to enquiries promptly and professionally Managing accounts payable/receivable, data entry, document control, and general office administration Scheduling jobs for the manufacturing and technical team, including in‑house kiln builds, workshop repairs, and onsite repair visits Maintaining technician calendars and ensuring efficient job flow Monitoring office supplies and production inventory, placing orders when required Assisting with dispatch of kiln parts and consumables when needed Performing other ad‑hoc administrative duties to support the business What you’ll be doing Providing exceptional front‑line customer service and responding to enquiries promptly and professionally Managing accounts payable/receivable, data entry, document control, and general office administration Scheduling jobs for the manufacturing and technical team, including in‑house kiln builds, workshop repairs, and onsite repair visits Maintaining technician calendars and ensuring efficient job flow Monitoring office supplies and production inventory, placing orders when required Assisting with dispatch of kiln parts and consumables when needed Performing other ad‑hoc administrative duties to support the business What we’re looking for Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative or customer service role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, with confidence prioritising tasks Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Xero, and job‑scheduling/CRM platforms such as Tradify Adaptable, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment What we offer Cobcraft Manufacturing Limited is committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
