Whanganui Regional Health Network (WRHN) is seeking an innovative Health Improvement Practitioner to join the Primary Care and Wellbeing Team on an 8-month fixed-term basis for maternity leave cover, commencing September 2026. The role offers up to 24 hours per week and will work across WRHN practices to improve mental and physical health outcomes.
