Gain hands-on experience in payment operations at a NZ bank ASAP start | Full training provided | Hybrid once trained $34/hr + 8% holiday pay | Auckland CBD | 12-month assignment About the Role | Mō te Tūranga Reviewing global payment transactions and operational workflows Investigating discrepancies, exceptions, and processing queries Following detailed procedures to ensure accurate outcomes Managing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy Collaborating with experienced colleagues on operational outcomes Global Payments or SWIFT Operations Card Operations, Chargebacks or Disputes Payment Investigations or Transaction Processing Treasury or Central Operations Financial Crime, AML/CFT or Sanctions Banking Operations or Settlements Reconciliations or other payment-related operations Have exceptional attention to detail Enjoy investigating issues and following them through to resolution Work well under pressure and to deadlines Take pride in producing accurate, high-quality work Due to the nature and timeframes of this project, we're looking for candidates who are available ASAP and have no notice period. 12-month temporary assignment $34 per hour + 8% holiday pay Auckland CBD location Hybrid working once trained (2-3 days from home) Monday to Friday business hours Weekly pay through Cultivate Valuable experience with one of New Zealand's most recognised bank We recognise that neurodiversity is critical to a healthy, successful workplace.
