About the Role As a vital member of our ED Administrative Support team, youwill ensure our department is covered 24 hours / 7 days, working a rotatingroster of early, late, and night shifts. We are looking for energeticapplicants who embrace the variety of shift work and enjoy a flexible, rosteredschedule. No two shifts are ever the same! During your initial training phase, it is important that youare available to gain experience across all shift types. You will work alongside a talented multi-disciplinary team,including doctors, nurses, and other clinical and administrative professionals. Your primarymission is to provide exceptional reception and administration support toensure the smooth flow of patients through the department, including themeticulous maintenance of patient documentation. Hours for this role are on anas-required basis. Hours for thisrole are on an as-required basis. ED Shifts: Early: 06.45 - 15.15 hours OR 07.45 - 16.15hours OR 09.30 - 18.00 hours Late: 15.00 - 23.30 hours Night: 23.00 - 07.00 hours About the Team/Service/ Location For more information on living and working in Wairau click here About you To excel in this role, you will bring a positive attitude, afriendly approach to customer service, and the ability to master new tasksquickly while multi-tasking in a dynamic clinical environment. Essential Qualifications: A high degree of computer literacy. The ability to work confidently andautonomously. Full flexibility to work acrossearly, late, and night shifts. Experience with hospital managementsystems and a working knowledge of medical terminology will be considered adistinct advantage.
