As future form-givers, we're passionate about shaping high-quality urban developments and influencing our cities' growth About the role Working alongside the project lead and Director, you'll drive documentation through developed design, detailed design, and building consent, producing accurate, well-coordinated, consent-ready sets. You'll work autonomously and collaboratively, to a high standard, and at pace. Key responsibilities Produce detailed design and building consent documentation in Revit, detailing construction junctions, assemblies, and specifications to code and manufacturer requirements. Work with the designer and director to bring the wider team's and subconsultants' ideas and issues together into a well-considered set of drawings. Keep drawing packages to a high calibre, with strong QA discipline throughout. About you You know Revit inside out and take pride in a tidy, buildable set, ideally with apartment work behind you. Sound knowledge of the NZ Building Code and council processes Comfortable picking up live projects and running with them independently You might be a senior graduate, senior technician, or registered architect - what matters is that documentation and detailing are your craft, not a chore.
