Bay Venues is seeking a full-time Activation Coordinator to coordinate sports leagues and community recreation across our Tauranga Moana facilities, including Mercury Baypark Arena in Mount Maunganui. You will manage ~40 casual staff, oversee recruitment, training and programme delivery, and ensure a fun, engaging experience for participants.
