About the role Based in Grafton, you'll take ownership of significant land development projects that are consented, progressing through approvals or ready to move into delivery. The role combines hands-on civil design, site involvement and project management. You'll work across multi-stage subdivisions, including several developments with hundreds of residential lots. This would suit an experienced consultant who wants to move client-side, gain greater control over project outcomes and leave behind the pressure of timesheets and utilisation KPIs. You’ll ideally bring 12d capability, although Civil 3D experience will also be considered. CPEng would be valuable but isn't essential.
