Te Puna Wai Youth Justice Residence in Christchurch is seeking a Casual Residential Youth Worker to support rangatahi aged 13-17 who are awaiting court proceedings or serving a sentence. You will help with daily routines, safety, and personal growth in a caring, non-prison setting. The role involves being a mentor and role model, with shifts across a 24/7 roster, including evenings and weekends.
