About the Role Client Management System (CMS) Support 32 hours per week / 0.8 FTE We are looking for a pro-active and solutions-focused kaimahi to join the Te Rōpū Tautoko team - someone who enjoys working with people, systems, and data, and can help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. Te Rōpū Tautoko plays a vital role in supporting the people, systems, and processes that help our services deliver the best possible outcomes for whānau. As our CMS Support kaimahi, you'll be part of a collaborative team that works across the Trust to strengthen organisational capability, improve systems, and support continuous improvement. This role is responsible for supporting and enhancing our Client Management System (CMS), ensuring it is user-friendly, effective, and aligned with the needs of our services. You'll be the go-to person for system support, training, onboarding, troubleshooting, data quality, and continuous improvement, helping kaimahi get the most from the tools they use every day. Working closely with service teams, leaders, and our Data Analyst, you'll help ensure high-quality data, meaningful reporting, and efficient workflows that support better outcomes for whānau. About the role – what you’ll be doing Acting as the Trust CMS super-user and key support person Supporting and training kaimahi in the effective use of the CMS Assisting with onboarding new services and teams to the system Maintaining data quality, accuracy, and consistency Supporting reporting requirements and data-informed decision-making Developing user guides, resources, and training materials Troubleshooting system issues and identifying improvements Working collaboratively with services to strengthen workflows and system utilisation What we’re looking for Someone organised, detail-focused, and proactive Confident using systems and quick to learn new ones Strong communication skills and the ability to support and train others A natural problem-solver who enjoys helping people Experience working with databases, client management systems, or similar platforms A commitment to data quality and continuous improvement Willing to work in a kaupapa Māori way of working Team player!
