Health New Zealand is seeking a Registered Social Worker for the Crisis Resolution Service across Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti Region. This permanent, full-time role involves 24/7 rostered shifts in a frontline mental health service. You will work within an MDT, perform risk assessments and formulations, and support timely assessment and treatment in partnership with whānau, police and health partners.
