Employment Type: 2-Year Contract About the Role We are looking for a motivated Research Assistant to support health services and clinical research. You will work closely with a dedicated research team and contribute throughout the research lifecycle, from protocol development to dissemination of research findings. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage research projects, including ethics submissions and follow-up. Support research protocol development and preparation of study documentation. Conduct data collection through surveys, interviews, chart reviews, and perform accurate data entry and data cleaning. Assist with quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Conduct literature reviews, including systematic reviews. Support the preparation of scientific manuscripts, reports, presentations, and dissemination activities. For candidates with relevant experience, you may also: Conduct systematic reviews and meta-analyses independently. Perform advanced statistical analyses and interpret research findings. Support grant applications, including concept development, methodology, and budget preparation. Contribute to projects involving health economics, implementation research, AI in healthcare, or health services outcomes research. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences, Public Health, Life Sciences, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in health-related research. Proficiency in Stata, SPSS, and/or NVivo. Strong written and spoken English communication skills. Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is an advantage. Publication experience or authorship of scientific papers is an added advantage.
