We are looking for full time CNC Mill Operators to join our growing team and help us deliver life changing products into the medical sector. Enztec is an Accredited Employer with NZ Immigration. About the Role Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, you will be working full time at our large precision engineering facility in Middleton with good off street parking off Print Place. Both day and late shift roles are available and working hours will be at least 40 per week. Day shifts roles are Monday to Friday, 7am – 3.30pm, and late shift roles are Monday to Thursday, 3.15pm – 1.45am. Responsibilities will include: Tooling and machinery set up Loading of materials onto CNC machines Load, verify and run CNC programmes Machining of components Quality inspection and documenting results Identify and recommend process and machining improvements Ensure health & safety requirements are met at all times Requirements and Qualifications: An engineering trade qualification, completed apprenticeship or similar Five years CNC setter/operator experience in precision manufacturing Experience working to fine tolerances Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Ability to use a range variety of measuring equipment Understanding of FANUC controllers We offer an hourly rate between $30 and $40 depending on experience, plus a 15% shift allowance.
